NOTICE OF POLLING PLACE CHANGE for Precinct 08E

The voting polling place for Precinct 08E has changed. The prior polling place of Margaret Mitchell School is under construction. The new location is Mt. Paran Church of God, 2055 Mt. Paran Rd., on the corner of
Mt. Paran Rd. and Northside Parkway. (Click here for map)

If you're going to be out of town on July 15th, you can still let your voice be heard! Please download the Georgia Absentee Ballott by CLICKING HERE.

This application can be mailed any time, but should be mailed before July 1. Be sure to check Democratic when filling out Ballot type and the date of the election is July 15. It will take a few days for the Absentee Ballot to be sent to you and then it must be filled out and returned, in order for the County to receive it before July 15.

Instructions:

1. Fill in County and Application date
2. Fill in square with name, date of birth and address.
3. Sign the application in the middle of the page
4. Mail to:
   Registration and Elections Absentee Ballot Unit

   or Fax to: 404 730-8839
5. You should mail or fax the application by July 1, but if you miss that date, send it in anyway.
6. When the Ballot is received, fill out, sign and return so that it is received by the County by July 15th. The Ballot takes 2 stamps to send it back to the County.

VOTER REGISTRATION

To register to vote in the state of Georgia, you must be:

• A citizen of the United States
• A legal resident of Georgia and of the county in which you wish to vote
• At least 18 years of age by election day

Once you have downloaded your application, please follow these instructions:

1. Fill in your Georgia Voter Registration Application.
2. Verify all information on your application
3. Sign your applicaiton
4. Mail the completed, signed application. NO POSTAGE NECESSARY.
